| The weekly rates for the cabin which accomodates 7-8 people is $1500 for 6 nights and 7 days. |
| $250 per night with a 3 night minimum. |
| $100 cleaning fee. |
| The cabin will be considered booked when a deposit of $200 is received. |
| The deposit is refundable up until 2 weeks before arrival. |
| Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival |
| Pets are allowed with a $200 deposit which is refundable if there is no damage. |
